Point of View is critical. It frames the narrative and automatically sets up a connection between the narrator and the reader-- whether the narrator is good or evil, right or wrong, or even if they are not the hero of the story-- like To Kill a Mockingbird. We need to ask ourselves questions - regardless of the media or genre- about the p.o.v. and its purpose.
